We are on the hunt for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in the Manufacturing industry, situated in CLEVELAND, Ohio. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you'll play a crucial role in handling account reconciliation, billing, and cash applications, ensuring the smooth running of our accounts receivable processes. This is a direct hire position with standard business hours, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. They do need a candidate with strong Accounts Receivable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing Accounts Receivable (AR) and providing critical insights

• Processing and maintaining customer credit applications with precision

• Ensuring accurate billing and resolving customer inquiries promptly

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for maintaining and updating customer credit records

• Monitoring customer accounts proactively and taking necessary actions

• Implementing cash applications and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.

Requirements • Proven experience in the manufacturing industry.

• Holds a relevant role as an Accounts Receivable Clerk.

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation procedures.

• Demonstrable experience with Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Skilled in Billing procedures and protocols.

• Proficient in Cash Applications.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to use advanced formulas and functions.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
