We are offering Part Time contract employment opportunity for an Accoutant in Cleveland, Ohio. This role is primarily involved with the clean up of accounts payable, reconciliations and journal entries. This role requires you to work onsite twice a week and is oriented towards individuals with proficiency in accounting and MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities:

• Process full cycle Accounts Payable

• Journal entry preparation and applying payments for Web Transactions.

• Making necessary adjustments to donor accounts.

• Preparation of routine journal entries.

• Preparation of weekly collection reports.

• Account reconciliations as per requirement.

• Preparing Excel pivot tables

• Regular filing and processing of all work-related materials.

• Professional interaction with staff on a regular basis.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Accounting Software Systems is essential for the role.

• Knowledge of Saage Intact is preferred.

• Should have a strong understanding of various Accounting Functions.

• Must be able to handle Accounts Payable (AP).

• Experience with journal entries.

• Previous experience with bank reconciliations.
