Semi-Trailer Big Box Accounting Manager - Part-Time 9-2 in Clermont, Georgia
Semi-Trailer Big Box (http://www.stsbbx.com) , a Big Truck and Semi-Trailer dealership with a Business office in Clermont, Georgia, is seeking a motivated and experienced accounting individual to join our team as a Part-Time Accounting Manager. Hours are 9-2 Tues-Friday. We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented individual with very clear goals.
This position is located in our Clermont, GA Business office.
Position Summary:
This position will lead and execute all day-to-day accounting functions.
You will support the CFO and coordinate activities with our administrative team.
Major areas of responsibility:
Organize and execute day-to-day accounting functions
Account reconciliations and cash flow management
Oversight of all system input from Admin Team - A/R, A/P, Inventory
Daily wire transfer management
Monthly financial statement preparation
Standard business taxes such as payroll tax, sales tax, property tax, annual renewals
Communicate with customers and vendors on escalated issues
Review and improve daily processes and tasks to expedite and improve workflow
Provide training to new and existing staff as needed
Provide special project assistance and miscellaneous duties as assigned by CFO
Support branch team
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven, knowledgeable passion for accounting
Accounting degree preferred
Detail-oriented and results driven
Experience with QuickBooks required
Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and Word required
5+-years of experience in Accounting - Business Administration - Operations
Excellent verbal & written skills required
Self-starter who embraces learning & problem solving
Small-medium business experience in accounting
Dealership or transportation industry, inventory management is a plus
Part-Time Benefits:
$23-$25 per hour (paid weekly)
4 Day work week - Tuesday - Friday
Hours 9-2 - 20 hours per week
8 paid holidays per year
