Job Description
We are seeking a licensed A&P Mechanic with extensive experience working on corporate aircraft, specifically Hawker 800/900/1000, Challenger 300/350, and Citation 500/600 models. The Aviation Lead Technician will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, and repairing corporate aircraft to ensure they are in optimal condition.
Responsibilities
Provide first-class maintenance services for a Part 145 Repair Station.
Perform work assigned including overhaul, repair, alterations, assembly, servicing, and routine and non-routine maintenance on aircraft, components, or related parts of the aircraft.
Work on various aircraft including Challenger 604 or 605, Cessna 600 Series, HS125 Series, Bombardier 300 series, Bombardier 604’s, Gulfstreams III’s, IV’s, V’s, and Dassault Falcon.
Perform work as outlined on applicable work forms in accordance with manufacturer’s maintenance manuals and the company 145 Repair Station manual.
Sign for the accomplishment of work on applicable work forms and records.
Take responsibility for the work performed.
Essential Skills
FAA A&P license
Prior corporate aircraft experience
Experience with Hawker aircraft
Experience with Citation aircraft
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments necessary for job assignments
Proficiency in following written and verbal instructions in English
Outstanding customer relations abilities
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in business jet maintenance environment
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $93600.00 - $108160.00
PTO Acrual Less than 1 year of employment 40 hours
1-2 yrs 80 hours
3-4- 120 hours
5+ 160 hours
health, vision and dental employee 100% paid by employer
IRA retirement plan match up to 3%
7 paid holidays a year
