Job Title: LPN NurseJob Description

Seeking an experienced LPN to join a dynamic oncology center team. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a fast-paced environment, seeing between 65-75 patients per day. The role requires stepping in to cover both MA and nursing duties for an RN on leave for 6-8 weeks, with minimal training. Candidates must be able to quickly adapt, take initiative in learning and note-taking, and integrate smoothly into our workflow. Prior experience in oncology is preferred, but experience in hospital or urgent care settings is also valued. Responsibilities include general nursing care following established standards and practices, maintaining physician schedules, patient flow, and performing a variety of patient care tasks such as vitals, assessments, and procedures.

Hard Skills

• Prepping charts

• Taking vitals on consult patients

• Nurse triage patients

• Entering information into medical software (Arya, E-Clinical, Care Cloud)

• Ordering imaging and scanning

• Assisting with the preparation of equipment

• Administering prescribed medications

• Scheduling patient tests, procedures, and hospital admissions
