Sevita Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Pediatric Academy in Clearwater, Florida
The NeuroRestorative Pediatric Academy is a residential school serving children 8-17 with autism and other neurological disorders. A part of the Sevita family, NeuroRestorative provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with developmental disabilities, brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.
Behavior Analyst – BCBA
Clearwater Pediatric Academy
Fulltime position
Work with individuals ages 10-17 with a wide range of behavioral needs and disabilities
In-patient campus setting so all your clients live in one place and attend school there.
Gain experience working with a full clinical team: BCBA-D, BCBA, PT, OT, SLP, LMHC, Special Ed Teacher, RNs, Psychiatrist, and Pediatrician.
No billing or minimum billable hours requirements—spend time with the clients who need it most

Position reports to Clinical Director (BCBA-D)
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments.
Develop and implement behavior analysis service plans.
Create individualized treatment plans to help each individual we serve improve.
Use training and creativity to explore ways to handle challenging problems for our individuals in home settings, workplaces, and the community.
Train team members to reinforce implementation of behavioral plans.
Provide training and supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
Requirements:
Master's Degree in psychology, education, or related field
Active BCBA board certification required
Valid driver’s license, current registration, and insurance.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
A reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach.
A commitment to quality in everything you do.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with high-intensity problem behaviors
Experience with special needs populations in crisis intervention
Experience with staff training and development in a residential setting
Experience working with a multidisciplinary team
