PARC COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP FOUNDATION Operations Tech in CLEARFIELD, Utah
Primary Duties Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. These duties and responsibilities will be rated on the Annual Performance Review. * Purchase and receive all equipment and supplies needed for Operations contracts. Produce purchase orders through various applications and send electronically to vendors. * Reporting and tracking to include: quarterly chemical usage for all contracts, quality, inventory and safety. * Maintain, update and develop spreadsheets for any and all operational needs. * Produce price quotes for projects, i.e. kitting while maintain current pricing of active vendors we purchase from. * Provide administrative support - answering phones, taking minutes, making copies, and filing reports.
Additional Responsibilities * Maintain historical purchasing data for Operations in support of government contract renewals and audits. * Collaborate with Corporate accounting regarding accounting treatment and recordkeeping relating to fixed assets. * Understand and utilize customer billing systems (Wide Area Work Flow, Fishbowl, etc.) as required to submit customer invoices. * Maintain close working relationships with contract customers and vendors. * Assist with quality assurance in kitting department. * Verify pricing with vendors and ensure billed correctly. * Quarterly prepare and submit Chemical Usage Report to base contracts. * Keep contract manuals up to date with any changes within Operations, i.e. modifications enacted, policy changes, etc. * Perform other related responsibilites as assigned.
Qualifications: Education, Experience and Certification(s) * High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required. * Two to three year's administrative and contract processing experience preferred. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required. Skills test is required. * Experience with government Service Contract Act (SCA) preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Ability to work well with people internally and externally at all levels of the organization. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to become familiar with corporate specific programs and software. * Must possess excellent oral/verbal communication skills. * Ability to work within established time schedules, meet deadlines and problem solve. * Must be detail oriented, have exceptional organizational skills and able to carry out work with the highest levels of accuracy.
Supervision Received The incumbent normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments.
