LIFETIME PRODUCTS Material Handling - Manufacturing (Swing Shift) in CLEARFIELD, Utah
Lifetime Products Inc., is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our Manufacturing Material Handling team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible to load and unload trailers that will ship to our various customers according to their specifications, receive inbound product including finished goods, raw materials and other necessary components. In addition to that, Forklift Operators are responsible to maintain equipment including forklifts and reporting issues with equipment to the appropriate avenues. Operators are responsible for maintaining a safe and clean warehouse with a focus on safe operation.
As a member of this team, you are responsible to ensure that orders are loaded correctly for various customers including trailer configurations, labeling and paperwork per the customer requirements. Additional requirements include transportation of raw materials to the production line according to the Bill of Materials and the schedule for the shift. Operators ensure that the appropriate parts arrive at the right time and right place according to production demand. Customers and various areas within the company have different requirements, Operators are responsible to ensure that those specifications and guidelines have been followed and that trailers are loaded safely and correctly per company standards. Communication with other teams will be required as shipments are completed and ready to send to our customers or other warehouses.
We currently have an opening on our Swing shift which works Monday - Thursday 10 hour shifts.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must have a valid Utah driver license.
- A clean driving record.
- A current copy of Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- At least six months related experience.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer knowledge, ten key, knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Overtime may be required, including some Saturdays and some flexibility with hours.
Pay - $19.50 ( plus $3.00 shift differential for swing shift)
