JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with category procurement teams and facilities on Assurance of supply initiatives, capacity planning with key suppliers, supplier NPI readiness, and improving supplier quality performance as required.
Interactions with various suppliers to coordinate supply, develop understanding of capacity, NPI readiness, etc.
Significant time typically spent in MS Teams meetings;
Interacting with facility supply chain and procurement teams.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or similar;
Minimum of 8 years of working experience
Knowledge of production planning, manufacturing engineering, process control, lean manufacturing concepts and capacity planning
Ability to travel 25%-50%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of an organization;
Able to promote collaboration with external suppliers;
Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
Able to navigate a complex matrix organization
