Job Description

This position will manage & oversee the Automation Technicians & Desktop Support team members, providing direction, coaching/mentoring & support for operations. Provide leadership & guidance to direct reports. Responsible for developing super users in the PCS, MES, Historian, BMS, & PLC applications for the purpose of providing first-level support to the Operations personnel for these applications. Ensures effective stakeholder management using effective communication & expectation alignment.

Skills and Requirements

-Engineering Degree or related

-Pharma, Manufacturing or IT experience(3+ years)

-Service Now experience

-People Management experience (3+ years)

-MES Experience

-Eager to lead and great personality -PMP Certification null
