Crew Manager Job Description
Requirements:
Drivers License (Preferred)
Clean driving record
Ability to lift 50 to 125 pounds
Must have work boots and clean clothing
Working phone
Clean hygiene
Responsible and on time
Able to pass a background check and a UA test
Must obtain a DOT medical physical
Must be able to call in each morning for on-call work
Provide own set of tools
The Team Supervisor is responsible for the following in addition to the above:
Day of move contact with the client
Get movers schedules and inform office (Sara)
Going over paperwork and move plan with the client
Collection payment from the client if they pay with cash or check
Notes on how the job went
Providing on-the-job training for new employees
Ability to troubleshoot issues before reaching out to the office
Making sure the paperwork is complete and returned to the office
Supervise the job and ensure the clients items are well taken care of
Inform office and Michele when job is complete
In regular contact with Sara and Michele
Meet with Sara and Michele weekly
Able to put together and run multiple crews
Ensure equipment is maintained
Able to delegates tasks to crew members, as necessary
