PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)
Conduct review of presentations to customers for all types of sales activity (including frontline, in-house upgrades, livestream, telephonic upgrades, discovery, and minivacs)
Conduct probationary and adhoc reviews of advice provided to customers including audits on compliance with AFSL, ACL, ACM/DNC and call recording quality.
Conduct quality and regulatory checks on customer liaison officers and/or retention personnel to ensure compliance with internal processes
Distribute, and analyse Quality Assurance (QA) compliance surveys for owners and guests who attend presentations, ensuring accurate feedback collection to identify compliance-related risks and emerging trends.
Assist with completing Quality Assurance assessment reporting and identifying conduct that be a risk to the business.
Assist with the provision of ongoing sales compliance training in conjunction with the Legal & Compliance team and working with the sales training team
Assist with miscellaneous compliance projects relating to the company’s Australian financial services licence and Australian credit licence
Upon request, undertake compliance history rehire checks of former employees

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:
Previous work experience in a similar role.
Legal or paralegal experience and qualifications beneficial but not essential.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
Salesforce, IRIS and Merlin software experience an advantage
Excellent attention to detail with the proven ability to identify discrepancies
Excellent communication skills to communicate with both internal and external stake holders.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
