CNC Header/Drill Machinist\ Pay: Starting at \$22+/hr (DOE)\ Shifts: Day & Night shifts available\ Type: Temp-to-Hire\ Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma
About the Role:
Join our team as a CNC Header/Drill Machinist, where youll operate state-of-the-art CNC machines to cut, drill, and mill a variety of materials. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can read blueprints, planning sheets, and technical documents to set up, operate, and fine-tune the machine for precise results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and align tooling using an overhead crane.
- Assemble cutting tools and load control media.
- Calculate and adjust machine settings, start the machine, and monitor for issues.
- Make necessary adjustments, change cutters, and manually operate the machine when needed.
- Measure and inspect workpieces to ensure they meet specifications.
- Communicate discrepancies to the supervisor and resolve control media errors.
- Keep accurate production records and perform routine machine maintenance.
What You Bring:
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- At least two years of relevant experience or training.
