You ensure that customer plans are developed and executed by supporting the delivery of strategies and tactics for growth. You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for Mondelēz International and our customers and work with key account managers to implement plans to deliver our annual target.
How you will contribute
You will:
Leads the development of the trade marketing part of the category annual plans (contract process)
Understands market dynamics / consumer insights by channel to participate on trade marketing strategic decisions
Leads the business planning meeting where the sales quotas are built in order to accomplish the annual plans based on relevant building blocks
Suggests and influences investment in category building blocks, according to category and channel need, and is accountable of execution excellence at point of sale
Follows up the competition’s commercial activity in the category in order to detect business opportunities and potential threats for the brand
Plays a leadership role within the multi categories teams by leading, providing accurate and relevant channel point of sale information that will lead to find business opportunities such as innovations, customer promotions, portfolio, pricing, etc. that will lead to achieve multi categories targets

Au sein du pôle Ma vie en couleurs France , le(a) chef(fe) de projet CRM Senior - Data & Media Digital est en charge de recommander, d’animer et développer le canal digital Ma vie en couleurs, en assurant cohérence, efficacité, suivi de la performance entre tous les supports (site web, newsletters, emailings, réseaux sociaux et média)
Définir et piloter la stratégie Data CRM avec l’agence et le responsable CRM :
Définir les leviers d’exploitation de la data pour optimiser le ROI du programme (segmentation de la base, offre trade, monétisation de la base …)
Croissance de la BDD : définition des leviers de recrutement membres, optins et data consos/concurrence (media digitales, sea, sites internet des marques...) Recommander les campagnes de collecte, d’enrichissement de la base
Optimisation de la qualification via déclaratif, comportemental, enrichissement externe. Pour une meilleure personnalisation on site et media: segmentation de la BDD, définition de tribes, agrégats & pool d’audiences, scorings prédictif.
Optimisation de la lifetime value et rétention de la data : définition, créa et étude de la performance des plans de vie et incentives tactiques
Formation en interne sur la Own data
Recommandations de retargeting Data pour développement des KPIs d’engagement, ROI et conversion des campagnes media digitales
Encadrer l’agence sur le pilotage des actions évolutives et correctives
Coordonner au sein de MVEC la fiabilité, la qualité et la mise à disposition de la data associée aux indicateurs de performance
Recommande et participe à l’élaboration des dashboards, portails web d’accès à la data de performance et process associés.
Identifier les besoins de qualification pour aider à la stratégie de personnalisation
Leader des tests & Learn data
Recommander, mettre en place et optimiser les projets et le développement du levier Média digital ( en liaison avec les différents intervenants) :
Est au cœur des projets de croissance et de transformation digitale du groupe – Référent sur les sujets de précision marketing – projets CDP + E@Scale – en lien avec les équipes
Contribue aux optimisations du plan média, proposées par l’agence et en lien avec les activations de marques, recommande et active des test & learn
Suit les critères de performance et les leviers utilisés au sein de la stratégie média.
Monitore et optimise les résultats associés aux différentes campagnes.
Etre le référent, le garant et l’expert du respect de la réglementation Digitale :
Contribue sur l’ensemble de ces sujets – avec le directeur CRM & Service juridique - à la définition des contrats annuels, DPA, avenants, réglementations RGPD (consentements, mentions légales, cookies..)
Est l’expert avec l’agence média des réglementations media applicables à MVEC
Leader de l’activation Content d’une dizaine de marques (brief marketing, définition et mise en place du plan d’action CRM en lien avec les objectifs marketing au sein de "Ma Vie en Couleurs", suivre et communiquer les performances)
Assurer un parcours consommateur optimal :
Garantir un parcours fluide sur le site qui réponde aux besoins des visiteurs et de nos objectifs KPIs,
Développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités et lead UX des projets en lien avec l’agence : application mobile, parrainage…
Développer les synergies avec les sites web des marques : liens pour développer le trafic, et intégration des sites de marques dans mvec
En synthèse, le chef de projet CRM Senior - Data & Media Digital allie à la fois une sensibilité marketing forte, une technicité digitale et CRM avec une expertise Data / Media clé pour faire face à l’ensemble de ses enjeux internes et externes.
