Brittany Bui with Robert Half is offering an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator in Clackamas, Oregon. The role involves processing payrolls for a significant number of employees, working in a team-oriented environment, and utilizing various payroll and accounting systems. The successful candidate will be handling multiple payrolls in a non-union, multi-state setting.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handling full cycle payroll processes for 800-1000 employees

• Working with ADP Vantage for payroll processing

• Ensuring accurate record keeping of all payroll transactions

• Assisting in audits and maintaining accounting functions

• Utilizing ADP Workforce Now and other accounting software systems

• Handling 401k - RRSP Administration and benefit functions

• Using e-time for time and attendance tracking

• Demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic team environment

• Applying knowledge of Crystal Reports and Ceridian

• Showing willingness for development such as obtaining CPP.

• Experience in managing Payroll for over 500 Employees

• Familiarity with ADP Vantage software
