Pacific Seafood Customer Service Intern in Clackamas, Oregon
Pacific Seafood offers a unique, 13-week internship program that gives interns the chance to make an immediate impact on our company. Starting with a structured orientation week at our corporate headquarters near Portland, Ore, you’ll be able to meet the team and learn the full scope of our business. Throughout the summer months, you’ll dive deep into a meaningful project for our company, which you’ll then present to our executive leadership team at the end of your internship. This internship will focus on working with the team members to respond to customer inquiries ensuring customers receive efficient and courteous service.
Key Responsibilities
Team Member specials & order entry
Intercompany orders
Consumer Affairs (complaints, questions, responses to inquiries)
Incoming leads on company website
Support inside sales team with office coverage
Support shipper salesperson with paperwork
Feedback to improve processes and services
What You Bring to Pacific Seafood
Required
Pursuit of a Business undergraduate/graduate degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Highly organized and excellent with details and accuracy
