Job Title: Machinist

Job Description

Aerotek is seeking a CNC Machinist that will support centrifugal pumps located in Clackamas. The company makes pumps for a wide variety of industries, including Agricultural, Industrial, Municipal, Rental, and Mining Industries. This position will be more like a Set-Up/Operator for our CNC Mills. This position is for the swing shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a $1 shift differential when you go direct.

Duties

You will load programs, set up the machine including installing/loading tooling and material, align the machine to the proper starting location based on the part, inspect the part when it's finished to determine tolerance and accuracy, and deburr/clean up the part if there are small imperfections.

This is a fully on-site position in Clackamas, Oregon.
