Netflix Operations Coordinator, Contingent Talent in Mexico City, Mexico

The Contingent Talent team is responsible for the strategy, operations, and guidance across the Temp-Worker, Independent Contractor, and Vendor space globally. Our team makes it easy for Netflix managers to engage with the non-employee workforce by providing training, education, and guidelines to minimize Netflix's risk when engaging contingent workers (non-employees). We offer data and insights on contingent worker planning, hiring, and strategy, which enables our business partners to make informed decisions and engage the right contingent talent quickly through a great experience.

We are looking for someone to join our team as a Contingent Talent Operations Coordinator based in Mexico City, Mexico. Your responsibilities will encompass coordination of contingent invoicing services, administration for contingent on/off-boarding, and maintaining contingent worker and supplier data in various systems. The Operations Coordinator will provide ongoing support to the Contingent Talent team on a day-to-day basis, reporting to the Manager of Contingent Talent & TA Ops- LATAM in Mexico City.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the weekly, and monthly preparation of invoice consolidation, including time and expense audits to ensure compliance with Netflix procedures

  • Own the operational onboarding and offboarding journey for all contingent workers

  • Includes agreement execution and onboarding suppliers/freelancers into systems

  • Provide support to contingent workers, managers, and cross-functional partners via emails, various tools, and chat channels

  • Maintain and improve internal documentation on workflows and guides

  • Assume day-to-day system operations to support smooth requisition flow and optimization of actionable reporting

To be successful, you are:

  • Deeply organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter - you document your learnings to help others and make decisions despite ambiguity

  • Have a knack for systems & technology with a keen eye for troubleshooting

  • Accustomed to multitasking and meeting multiple tight deadlines

  • Understanding of Recruiting and HR functions and Contingent Talent workflows will be desirable

  • A team player; open to offer creative and constructive ideas to continue the team's success and efficiency

  • Selfless, always making accuracy and efficiency your highest priority

  • Passionate about developing, improving, and documenting the most efficient workflows

Skills and Experience:

  • Contingent Workforce Operations, HR, systems administration, staffing agency, and/or client service experience is ideal

  • You will bring 3+ years of equivalent experience

  • Understanding how to prioritize and respond accordingly

  • You are a good problem solver, you know the right questions to ask to take on the situation at hand using the resources available to you

  • You have intermediate experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Slides, etc), Airtable, DocuSign, and various recruiting & HRIS systems

  • Experience with Workday and Staffing VMS tools a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask
