We are looking for a Consultant Media who will be an integral part of our marketing team, dedicated to building our brand equity and ensuring our message reaches the right audience through impactful media strategies. What You'll Do for Us

  • Developing and executing creative strategies that amplify our brand's vision and message, crafting experiences that engage and resonate with target consumers.

  • Coordinating the production of promotional materials and media experiences aligned with the brand's platform.

  • Identifying the optimal media mix and partnerships based on consumer segmentation and crafting effective agency management operations.

  • Managing promotions and ensuring clarity of terms with retail partners while leading conferences, events, and overseeing brand merchandise.

  • Measuring the effectiveness of marketing and engagement activities for optimized return-on-investment.

  • Overseeing the packaging development process, liaising with suppliers, and meeting regulations, policies, and quality standards.

  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of graphic assets and adherence to system approval procedures.

  • Leading new policy/regulation implementation plans, providing system support, and maintaining an archive of graphic assets and historical data.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a closely related field, with a strong understanding of the FMCG industry.

  • Experience in developing and executing marketing and media strategies that reflect brand values and reach targeted consumer segments.

  • Proven ability to manage multi-faceted projects involving diverse teams, while ensuring the delivery of initiatives within tight deadlines.

  • Strong experience in production coordination, including managing external agencies and suppliers, to create brand experiences.

  • A track record of effective media mix selection and robust partnership management that aligns with consumer market segmentation and buyer personas.

  • Demonstrated capability in managing retail promotions, events coordination, and merchandising activities.

  • Expertise in quantifying the impact of brand engagement and marketing campaigns, with a focus on ROI and continuous improvement.

  • Knowledge of packaging production processes and quality standards, with a keen eye for detail and compliance with regulations and company policies.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in English and the ability to communicate complex information effectively across global teams.
