Oracle Video Specialist (Customer Reference) in CIUDAD DE MEXICO, Mexico

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Video Specialist (Customer Reference) to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a master storyteller, capable of producing compelling video content from concept to delivery. This role demands a hands-on professional who can manage all aspects of video production while also coordinating effectively with external agencies to ensure seamless collaboration and outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for diverse platforms, including on-location shoots, studio recordings, and remote interviews. It’s important to understand how to compose a video scene and effectively operate lighting to create the best possible visuals.

  • Editing and Post-Production: Transform raw footage into professional, polished videos, integrating motion graphics, effects, color, and sound design to enhance storytelling.

  • Creative Storytelling: Develop and execute video narratives that engage audiences, clearly communicate key messages, and align with our brand vision.

  • Scriptwriting and Concept Development: Write and refine scripts in collaboration with internal teams to ensure clear and impactful messaging.

  • Motion Graphics: Knowing how to use Mograph templates and their parameters to enhance the message in videos.

  • Trend-Driven Content Creation: Stay updated on the latest trends in video production and social media to deliver content that resonates with audiences.

  • Customer Case Studies: Work with the marketing and sales teams to produce video case studies that showcase customer success stories.

  • Project Management: Oversee multiple video projects simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.

  • Collaboration: Cooperate with cross-functional and multicountry teams to understand project objectives and deliver impactful video solutions.

Responsibilities

*Qualifications: *

  • Bachelor’s degree in film production, Communications, Media Arts, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in video production, including filming, editing and storytelling.

  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).

  • Strong understanding of social media trends and video formats.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling.

  • Experience collaborating with external vendors or agencies.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.

  • Familiarity with customer case study development.

  • Knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
