Responsabilidad general de las ventas de regiones, alianzas de terceros y satisfacción del cliente. Desarrolla e implementa una estrategia integral que maximiza las oportunidades de Oracle en todos los productos y líneas de productos.
Gestiona y desarrolla un equipo de representantes de ventas que incluye la selección, la contratación y la formación de nuevos representantes en el proceso de ventas de Oracle. Vende y promueve las ventas de productos de Oracle a clientes, incluida la negociación del precio, otras concesiones y términos y condiciones de la venta. Participa en la planificación estratégica y táctica de la división. Construye relaciones de trabajo con gerentes de campo de licencias, consultoría y educación en el territorio respectivo para desarrollar planes de cuentas conjuntas. Desarrolla y ejecuta un plan de territorio para maximizar los ingresos. Genera y logra previsiones mensuales de territorio, y predice con precisión los ingresos mensualmente. Gestiona la escalada. Realiza reuniones semanales de progreso con el equipo de ventas.
Gestiona y controla las actividades en áreas o secciones multifuncionales. Asegura que la planificación operativa adecuada se ejecute de manera efectiva para cumplir con las especificaciones corporativas. Mínimo de cinco o más años de experiencia en ventas o gestión de ventas dentro de la industria tecnológica. Capacidad para contratar y formar nuevos representantes de ventas. Capacidad para resolver problemas de satisfacción del cliente. Habilidades de liderazgo demostradas. Habilidades efectivas de comunicación escrita y verbal, capacidad de presentar a audiencias grandes y pequeñas. Capacidad para negociar precios, otras concesiones y términos y condiciones. Fuertes capacidades cuantitativas, analíticas y de resolución de conflictos.

Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the regions sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle's opportunities across all products and product lines.
Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process. Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans. Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Manages escalation. Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas or sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Minimum five or more years sales or sales management experience within technology industry. Ability to hire and train new sales representatives. Ability to resolve customer satisfaction issues. Demonstrated leadership skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to large and small audiences. Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions. Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities.
