I. References:

The Compliance-AML Analyst will provide support in the implementation and supervision of internal Corporate Risk and Control Policies policies throughout the organization managed by the Regional Anti-Money Laundering Head in Mexico.

The AML Analyst will report to the Corporate Risk and Control Policy Coordinator and will cover the operational and technical scope and objectives of the team's activities.

II. Responsibilities:

• Provide support in activities related to Citi's Information Security policies (CISS), Fraud Risk Management Policy (FMP) and COB, Record Management, Mandatory Absence Policy, among others.

• Out ad-hoc internal reviews requested by Management.

• Prepare information and reports for Management.

• Participate in forums (meetings, conference calls, etc.) for information and update purposes.

III. Preparation:

• The expected (but not limited) academic training is: Bachelor's degree in Administration and other related areas.

• Desired understanding of Anti-Money Laundering regulation and risk control management.

• Oriented towards analytical risk assessment.

• Previous exposure to data management is an advantage.

IV. Skills:

• Highly organized, efficient and able to multitask.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are expected.

• Problem-solving and goal-oriented skills

• Important attention to details.

• Experience using Microsoft Office tools.

• Intermediate knowledge of Excel is required; proper use of text, date, vlookup and dynamic tables functions, among others.

• Basic English communication skills are required.

• Able to apply and develop knowledge about business planning, organization, risk and control

• Ability and willingness to define solution processes to resolve concerns, accurately identifying the Root Cause of problems.

• Establish preventive actions and develop contingency plans when identifying and dealing with future risks

• Ethical, apt and with sufficient capacity for conviction to promote, execute and apply the standards established by the Institution towards the different areas and collaborators.

• Ability to resolve conflicts, innovation and willingness to challenge strategies and ability to act at critical moments.

• Ability to continue optimal performance amid adverse conditions such as task overload

• Intermed English communication skills are required.
