Job Title: Welder

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled welder with at least one year of experience in the field. The position offers a pay rate ranging from $19-$21 per hour, depending on experience. Initial training will be conducted on the 1st shift for a minimum of one month, after which you may be transferred to a different shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks including MIG and stick welding.

• Repair and fabricate industrial machinery components.

• Read and interpret blueprints for welding projects.

• Grind and assemble sheet metal and mild steel parts.

• Use tape measures accurately for fabrication processes.

• Assist the production team when needed.

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in welding.

• Proficiency in MIG and Stick welding.

• Experience with mild steel and stainless steel preferred.

• Ability to read blueprints is a plus.

• Skills in grinding, sheet metal, and tape measure usage.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in industrial repair and fabrication.

• Ability to assist in production line tasks when necessary.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
