Job Title: Welder
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled welder with at least one year of experience in the field. The position offers a pay rate ranging from $19-$21 per hour, depending on experience. Initial training will be conducted on the 1st shift for a minimum of one month, after which you may be transferred to a different shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).
Responsibilities
Perform welding tasks including MIG and stick welding.
Repair and fabricate industrial machinery components.
Read and interpret blueprints for welding projects.
Grind and assemble sheet metal and mild steel parts.
Use tape measures accurately for fabrication processes.
Assist the production team when needed.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of experience in welding.
Proficiency in MIG and Stick welding.
Experience with mild steel and stainless steel preferred.
Ability to read blueprints is a plus.
Skills in grinding, sheet metal, and tape measure usage.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in industrial repair and fabrication.
Ability to assist in production line tasks when necessary.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
