Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Network Administrator in the Service industry, located in the City of Industry, California. In this role, you will be providing system administration support, managing network infrastructure, and ensuring high availability of application processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Configuring and managing WAN/LAN interfaces and servers.

• Providing support for web development, system integration, testing, and installation scripts.

• Designing and implementing Microsoft and Cloud technology solutions including Office 365, Azure, EMS, and others.

• Performing Windows server administration including maintenance of Active Directory, Group Policies, Login scripts, DFS, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL, and Back Office applications.

• Managing wireless infrastructure for optimal performance and coverage.

• Overseeing system and network engineering projects across multiple domains such as public/private Cloud, Windows, LAN/WAN.

• Providing support for phone systems and coordinating with PBX vendors.

• Managing technical aspects of warehouse management including wireless barcode scanners, label printers and application data connectivity.

• Executing server and system upgrades including the application of service packs, patches, hot fixes and firmware.

• Diagnosing and quickly resolving a wide range of Windows applications and networking problems to minimize downtime.

• Overseeing the configuration management of various processes running on the Windows platform for controlled software version rollout.

• Supporting applications by reviewing error logs and messages, escalating to third-party support when necessary.

• Participating in Change Management Board to ensure product standardization and adherence to production policies and procedures.

• Overseeing network-related projects in office and hosting environments.

• Conducting network system audits to determine the efficiency of hardware and communication components and making recommendations for upgrades.

• Participating in the development, implementation and testing of disaster recovery procedures for IT infrastructure. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Network Administrator or a similar role in the Service industry.

• Proficiency in managing Cisco Routers and understanding of Cisco Technologies.

• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies and Dell Technologies.

• Proven experience with Database management and Active Directory.

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies and Computer Hardware.

• Expertise in Configuration Management and Deployments.

• Experience in handling Meraki, SD-WAN, and FortiGate.

• Understanding of Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, and Microsoft Azure.

• Familiarity with O 365 and RF engineering.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
