We're expanding our team and seeking a skilled Swiss Machinist/Programmer to play a vital role in producing high-quality, life-saving components for the medical industry using state-of-the-art Citizen Swiss machines. salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Master Precision Machining: Program, operate, and maintain Citizen Swiss machines using cutting-edge software like Gibbs Cam and Esprit to produce critical medical components with the highest precision.

• Execute with Accuracy: Set up CNC machines and execute machining operations according to the exacting specifications required for medical devices and components.

• Ensure Quality Standards: Conduct thorough inspections of finished medical parts to ensure they meet stringent industry standards for quality, accuracy, and safety.

• Contribute to Healthcare Innovation: Be part of a team dedicated to improving patient care by delivering top-quality medical components used in devices that save lives.

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in our lean manufacturing practices, continuously improving efficiency while upholding the highest standards of precision and safety.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• standing for 4 hours at one time

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

Skills

• CNC (5 years of experience is required)

• Continuous Improvement (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Tight Tolerances

• Swiss Machining (5 years of experience is required)

• GibbsCAM Programming (5 years of experience is preferred)

• Esprit Programming (5 years of experience is preferred)
