We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an experienced Financial Analyst: II (Intermediate) in Circle Pines, Minnesota. This role involves a hybrid model of working, with the need for onsite presence for 2-3 days per week. As a Financial Analyst, you will be focusing on the finance sector, particularly in payment file clearings in Agris.

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the new payment file clearing process in Agris

• Proactively identify and resolve errors in the payment process

• Document the process and error resolutions for future reference

• Collaborate with shared services staff across the country to reconcile payments between SAP and Agris

• Utilize your accounting functions skills to ensure efficient payment processing

• Use your expertise in SAP R/3 for financial operations

• Independently initiate and complete tasks related to the role

• Perform ad hoc financial tasks as required

• Ensure efficient and accurate finance operations within the organization

Requirements • Proficiency in Payment Processing, with the ability to handle various transaction types efficiently

• Strong foundation in Finance, with the capability to apply financial principles in real-world scenarios

• Ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills

• Skilled in using SAP R/3, enabling efficient data management and processing

• Comfortable with Onsite work, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to the role

• Experience in a Shared Services environment, with the ability to collaborate and contribute to team goals

• Capability to Resolve Errors, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Proficiency in Accounting Functions, with a thorough understanding of basic and advanced accounting principles.
