Job Description

An employer is seeking multiple Engineering Technicians for a contract to hire opportunity in the Midwest. These engineering techs will be supporting a client in the materials and environmental industry to oversee construction projects. The individuals can sit anywhere in the Midwest as the majority of the projects will be in and around the Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis and Louisville areas. The technicians will be provided a company vehicle to travel to sites and oversee project teams of inspectors and technicians. They must have prior working experience in the testing space and be comfortable with weeks away from home at a given time

Skills and Requirements

Any degree in engineering, construction or environmental science

3+ years in testing or inspection of construction materials (concrete, environmental, soil, land surveying)

Ability to travel 2-3 weeks out of the month

Clear driving background

ACI certification would be preferred ACI
