Qualifications

+-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: | | | | - Relate in an ethical, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and | | respectful manner | | - Trained in cognitive-behavioral strategies | | - Possess excellent organizational and time management skills while | | prioritizing tasks | | - Be flexible and responsive to the needs of the client, school, | | and program | | - Possess effective verbal and written communication skills | | - Posse s strong problem-solving skills | | - Effectively use electronic documentation system | | | | Job Requirements: | | | | - Bachelor's degree or higher | | - Minimum required licensure of LSW, LPC, MFT | | - 2+ years counseling experience preferred | | | | Essential Functions/Physical Demands: | | | | - Positional: Driving in accordance with job duties assigned. | | Infrequent standing and walking. Frequent to constant sitting. | | - Gross Mobility: Rare climbing, or crawling. Infrequent balancing, | | stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Frequent to constant reaching | | and handling. | | - Sensory: Rare tasting/smelling.
