UC Health Sr. Labor Relations Specialist in Cincinnati, Ohio
The Senior Labor Relations Specialist is responsible for fostering productive relationships with labor unions and ensuring the effective administration of labor contracts in alignment with UC Health’s mission, values, and goals. This role serves as a key liaison between management and the Ohio Nurses Association (ONA), American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE), and the Ohio Patrolmen's Benevolent Association (OPBA) representing approximately 2,140 union members. The position is critical in contract interpretation, grievance resolution, negotiations, and compliance with collective bargaining agreements (CBAs).
