About the team We are building a world class IT Service Management (ITSM) team from the ground up, using the ServiceNow platform to empower colleagues to delivery exceptional market leading services to our internal and external clients. What you'll own We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Platform Administrator with a background in the financial sector and experience in large greenfield implementations of ServiceNow. In this pivotal role, you will manage the overall platform monitoring, releases, upgrades, patches, instance health, ensuring these meet our strategic goals and deliver exceptional value. Manage multiple ServiceNow environments (Development, Testing, Training, Production) to ensure stability and performance Ensure data integrity across environments by managing data imports/exports and performing regular audits Create and own production monitoring solutions to keep the instance performance at par Regularly communicate with the ServiceNow Impact team Plan and execute system upgrades and patches to keep environments up to date Address and resolve environment-related incidents and issues Manage and own the communications for release, patches and upgrades Support in planning and scheduling releases, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines Coordinate with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure smooth release processes Manage the deployment of releases to production environments, minimizing disruption to users Where you'll own it You'll own it remotely within the United States. What you'll bring A minimum of 5 years working on the ServiceNow platform with at least one large greenfield implementation as well as leading the code promotion/release management for ServiceNow code. Knowledge of ServiceNow Releases, Upgrades, Patches and understanding of CICD Pipelines to automate releases (both ServiceNow and DevOps) Setting platform wide standards and ensuring they are followed ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certified implementation specialist ideally one or more of ITOM, SecOps, HRSM, ESG, Legal Service.
