Job Description:

Join our Managed Services team as a skilled GE Proficy Expert. You will deploy, optimize, and maintain GE Proficy solutions for clients, ensuring system performance, reliability, and security. You will also provide expert mentorship and proactive support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide proactive monitoring, solving, and remote support for GE Proficy solutions in production environments.

• Resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.

• Perform regular updates, maintenance, and optimization to improve system performance.

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

• Ensure system security and adhere to industry standards.

• Document system health, incidents, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experiences:

• 15 years of hands-on expertise with GE Proficy products, including Proficy Historian and MES solutions.

• Strong skills in resolving technical challenges in industrial automation systems.

• In-depth knowledge of system integration, networking, and industrial protocols (e.g., OPC, Modbus).

• Excellent communication skills for effective remote collaboration with clients.

• MES Solutions or equivalent experience
