GCBHS Quality Management Coordinator in Cincinnati, Ohio

GCBHS has an immediate opening for a Quality Management Coordinator to help manage aspects of the organization's compliance and QA/QI plan. GCBHS is a pioneer in the field of behavioral health treatment for adults, children, and families Top 10 Workplace every year since 2010 Paid Time Off and Sick Time (accrued separately) Flexible work schedules Public Student Loan Forgiveness Comprehensive health insurance (dental/vision) 403(b) Retirement with agency matching Professional development opportunities Eligibility for discretionary annual incentive bonus Responsibilities for Quality Management Coordinator: Manage aspects of the organization's compliance and QA/QI plan under the direction of the Quality Management Director Develop and maintain procedures, standards, and monitoring activities related to assuring documentation compliance Assist in responding to audit requests from external authorities and internal audits Monitor documentation and coordinate the work of others to ensure compliance Assist in the analysis, reporting, and monitoring of agency effectiveness, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction Develop, implement, and present organization-wide service documentation training Coordinate with the Director of Medical Records to maintain staff access to appropriate service documentation forms and processes Act as one of the organization's two Client Rights Officers Support the organization's incident review processes Conduct privacy audits Requirements for Quality Management Coordinator: Bachelor's degree in a related field Two years of experience in behavioral health services Experience in a mental health/behavioral health organization in a managed care environment is desired Strong skills in creating files in databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and project management software Excellent facilitation and project management skills Knowledge of certification and accreditation standards Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Did You Know about the Ohio State-Sponsored Workforce Initiatives?
