Job Description

Insight Global is hiring Quality Engineer for a contract opportunity supporting our largest financial client in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. There is a strong preference is to have these individuals hybrid onsite in Cincinnati, but will consider remote for an all-star candidate.

This individual will be creating test automation concepts for front end and backend API type test automation. Additionally, they will participate in full lifecycle application development

Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages.

Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis

Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD)

Software modeling and simulation

Front end graphical user interface design

Software testing and quality assurance

Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.

Support, maintain and document software functionality

Integrate software with existing systems

Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation

Maintain standards compliance

Implement localization or globalization of software

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of software testing

 Test automation concepts for front end and backend API type test automation

 Development experience within Java and Java Script

 Jenkins pipeline

 Perfecto Cloud Lab Banking/Finance industry experience, specifically payment processing or ACH/ wire transfers

 Typscript

 Webdriverio

 DevOps related exposure null
