Position Summary: Reporting directly to the Total Quality Manager (TQM), the Quality Assurance Compliance Coordinator will provide support to the Corporate Quality team by ensuring the company's policies and practices meet regulatory requirements in a food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical environment. The QA Compliance Coordinator will be working with customers to complete or approve the customers' regulatory product documentation including customer quality questionnaires about Cremer, product quality statements, process procedures, product stability study reports, etc. This person will control, organize and maintain proprietary documentation for the company and customers. The position utilizes extreme attention to detail to ensure that the documents reflect our quality program. The QA Compliance Coordinator will also support the organization in other corporate quality programs including: quality auditing, document writing, product qualification practices, document control and employee training. This position will work with all levels of management and associates to facilitate problem-solving and ensure customer and regulatory quality standards are achieved. Requirements: At least 2+ years of corporate finance experience Must have Microsoft office and Adobe experience 2 years of experience with written communication with customers is required Must be able to work at a computer for long periods of time. Must have 3-5 years of prior experience in a Quality Assurance role. GMP Experience is required Technical Writing experience and attention to detail is required. Associates or Bachelor's degree in a scientific field is a plus Experience working in a chemical, food, pharma, or cosmetics industry environment is a plus Experience working in an ERP system, or Sharepoint software a plus Familiar with customer and regulatory audits (ie. ISO, SQF, GFSI, RSPO, FDA) or experience in Food Safety, HACCP, or pharmaceuticals Performance Measures and Job Duties: Assist with setting and executing the strategy for Corporate Development Assist in facilitating the functions for new acquisitions, and expansions in and out of the United States Support the Global - Corporate Development - Center of Excellence for collaboration and implementation of best practices throughout all regions Research and compile potential target acquisition companies aligning with the strategic plan of the organization Research Point of Contact for target companies and assess best means to connect with those individuals for introductory calls. Provide support in reaching out to those individuals through best means Assess target lists through various means to vet strategic alignment with the mission Assess and lead various outreach activities to best access M&A information and research ie Universities, Clubs, memberships, web tools Provide project management support throughout the acquisition life cycle Create slides and present slides internally and externally to targets Create, justify and facilitate investment models, investment briefings and implementation planning materials Execute the actions associated with Corporate Development to ensure company metrics are being achieved, and troubleshoot and problem solve any areas that aren't achieving as expected Ensure that the tasks assigned are adequately covered by tr
