    Position Summary

The Program Supervisor is responsible for assuring that all staff under his/her supervision carry out assignments in a manner that is consistent with the philosophy and goals of Pressley Ridge and the program to which they are assigned. The Program Supervisor provides day to day leadership and assists the Program Director in assuring that the staff provide ongoing quality services and are in compliance with applicable licensing and regulatory expectations.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Monitor caseloads and productivity expectations

  • Provide regular supervision with assigned staff to ensure open lines of communication

  • Implement necessary programmatic changes in collaboration with the Director

  • Oversee the development and implementation of all treatment and service plans

  • Oversee and hold staff accountable to the systems developed to ensure compliance

  • Maintain collaborative working relationship with referral sources and other providers and agencies

    Essential Qualifications

  • Education/Licensure/Certification

  • Requires valid state driver's license and vehicle insurance.

  • Clearances. State Police/FBI per state regulations; Child Protection; Mandated Reporter.

    Working Conditions

  • Physical Demands: Requires physical activity including; sitting, standing, walking lifting.

  • Environmental Factors: Indoors/Outdoors: school, community, residence, office.

  • Working Hours: A non-traditional work schedule as defined by service needs and crisis “on call.”

Qualifications

Education

Required

  • Associates or better in Human Services

Preferred

  • Bachelors or better in Human Services

Experience

Required

  • 2 years: Experience working in a human service related field
