Then Woolpert is seeking you! Woolpert is hiring a Culture & Engagement Coordinator to join our dynamic HR Team at our Dayton office. Responsibilities Essential Functions This position will report to the Global Head of People & Culture, focusing on creating a positive work environment, encouraging employee interaction, and promoting company values. Duties and responsibilities include: Support developing and implementing engagement strategies and initiatives that foster a positive work culture. Support the coordination of the Great Place to Work and other engagement surveys to gather employee feedback. Support efforts to analyze and evaluate employee engagement feedback to determine trends and develop action items. Manage access portal for culture training and schedule sessions. Organize focus groups for discussions of engagement scores and increase understanding of employee satisfaction and identified areas for opportunity. Planning and coordinating events that enhance company culture and promote cultural understanding and appreciation through programs and events. Communicating and advocating the company's mission, vision, and values to employees Developing recognition programs to acknowledge employee achievements and milestones Building partnerships with community organizations to facilitate programs and events Monitor budgets and funding for programs. Qualifications Strong analytical skills and business acumen Previous experience in managing DEI initiatives and program coordination of cultural events. Sensitivity and understanding of various cultures and cultural practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. Strong organizational and project management skills Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
