What You'll Own: As a Chief of Staff Analyst you will: Strategic Planning:Collaborate with senior People & Culture leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives. Story Telling: Gather information and important messages from across the function and assembling in a way to communicate clear messages. Presentation Creation:Design and develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for leadership, ensuring clarity, visual appeal, and alignment with organizational goals. Communication:Serve as a liaison between People & Culture leadership and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication. Budget Oversight: Partner with Finance to ensure adherence to, and development of People & Culture budget. Meeting Preparation:Develop cadence for recurring meetings and plan larger strategic and departmental meetings. Discipline and Rigor:Maintain a high level of discipline and rigor in all tasks, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail. Where you'll own it: Cincinnati, Ohio What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic planning, project management, and presentation creation.
