We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Patient Service Representative in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is crucial in our healthcare sector, where you will be tasked with managing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and handling customer inquiries. Your workplace will be a dynamic and detail oriented environment!

Responsibilities:

• Handle and process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Ensure customer credit records are up-to-date and accurate

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required

• Utilize CRM to manage customer relationships and interactions

• Leverage Allscripts and Cerner Technologies for patient data management

• Generate charts and graphs using Crystal Reports for data visualization

• Use Dentrix Dental Software for dental practice management

• Perform authorizations, benefit functions, and billing functions as needed

• Answer inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and support.

Requirements • Proficiency in using Allscripts software

• Familiarity with Cerner Technologies

• Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Ability to generate and interpret Crystal Reports

• Experience with Dentrix Dental Software

• Demonstrated skill in answering inbound calls

• Capable of handling authorizations effectively

• Understanding of benefit functions in a healthcare setting

• Knowledge of billing functions in a medical environment
