Aerobraze, a division of Wall Colmonoy manufactures turbine engine components like turbine nozzles, turbine vanes, complete turbine engines (both manufacturing and repair), diffusers, honeycomb seals and segments, heat shields, and parts for various turbomachinery. Our products are globally shipped to customers far and wide. As our Operations Co-op you'll have the opportunity to help shape the future of our company and make a lasting impact on our success. Responsibilities Support the production teams in daily operations, including monitoring production schedules, ensuring resources are available, and helping to resolve and production issues. Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementing changes to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Help manage inventory levels by tracking stock, assisting with inventory counts, and ensuring materials are available for production. Maintain accurate records of production activities, process changes, and inventory levels. Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs). Work closely with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Engineering to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure smooth operations. Assist the Operations Manager in various projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, implementing new technologies, and enhancing production capabilities. Support the enforcement of safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Requirements Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or associate degree program in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
