Ensures client needs are met and | | designated practices are followed. | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Position Description: | | | | - Support site operations to ensure appropriate services are | | delivered | | - Maintain program operation effectively and adhere to all | | guidelines regulations and standards | | - Supervise up to 4 FTEs in non-clinical roles while fostering | | teamwork and strong communication | | - Complete direct service activities pertaining to the job/program | | need | | - Present and monitor training for all applicable staff | | - Plan for necessary coverage, inventory, maintenance and oversight | | so that quality operations continue | | - Communicate key information in a timely manner and take action as | | needed | | - Maintain workflow and delegate effectively | | - Work with direct supervisor on initiatives for effective | | operations | | - Make periodic rounds of buildings/grounds to ensure safe, secure | | and optimal facility operations | | - Provide on-going oversight of client activity | | - Complete accurate and timely documentation utilizing designated | | software | | - Respond to emergencies using appropriate techniques and decisions | | - Other duties as assigned | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+
