About the Opportunity DMI, LLC is seeking a Mobile Expense Analyst who will be responsible for auditing, optimizing, and allocating telecom charges, managing invoice loading, and assisting with bill payment processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency, reducing expenses, and ensuring cost transparency for our clients. Duties and Responsibilities: Telecom Expense Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce telecom expenses through thorough analysis and negotiations with service providers. Ensure compliance with customer contracts and optimize service plans based on usage and needs. Invoice Retrieval and Processing: Navigate provider portal to obtain the needed invoice files. Validate and process invoices accurately and promptly Bill Payment and Cost Allocation: Assist with the timely and accurate payment of bills related to telecom services and other expenses. Validate allocation to distribute costs appropriately among different departments and projects. Customer Communication: Collaborate with customers to understand their expense management needs and objectives. Provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations to customers on cost-saving opportunities and expense trends. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Generate reports and analytics to track expense management performance and cost savings. Qualifications Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred. Proven experience in expense management, telecom expense optimization, or related roles. Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in expense management software and tools. Effective communication and client-facing skills. Knowledge of telecom services and billing practices is a plus.
