Job Description

A top Engineering Consultant is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their building mechanical group for an ongoing contract role. The main responsibilities of this individual will be to take conceptual client design layouts and make them into detailed 3D design models. Day to day responsibilities can include preparing duct work, layouts, model reviews and turning air flow diagrams into 3D models. This individual will utilize Plant 3D OR Revit, Autodesk Inventor OR SolidWorks. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of mechanical design experience in an industrial environment.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years experience working as a mechanical engineer from an industrial/manufacturing background

 Revit OR Plant 3D design software experience

 Autodesk Inventor OR SOLIDWORKS design software experience

 Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Knowledge of SMACNA (technical standards for sheet metal, AC etc..) null
