The Opportunity
As part of the Data and Analytics team you design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data storage systems. As an Associate you focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions, maintaining data quality, integrity, and dependability.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements
Ensuring data quality, integrity, and reliability in solutions
Contributing to client engagement and project tasks
Developing skills and knowledge to deliver work

Supporting senior staff in various project activities

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
3 years of experience with at least 1 year in Operate/Managed Services/Production Support
SQL/PL-SQL
What Sets You Apart
Informatica Power center certification
Significant experience using Informatica Powercenter
Designing and implementing data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data storage systems, such as data warehouses or data lakes
Building productive ETL/ELT processes using Informatica Power center
Demonstrating experience with Data analytics tools like Informatica, SSIS, Alteryx etc.
Designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and transformation in Informatica
Developing scalable, repeatable, and secure data structures and pipelines to ingest, store, collect, standardize, and integrate data for downstream consumption like Business Intelligence systems, Analytics modeling, Data scientists etc
Working with data scientists and analysts to understand the needs for data and create productive data workflows
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions
Participating in data modeling and data migration tasks as per client requirements to build analytics implementation
Implementing data validation and cleansing procedures to maintain the quality, integrity, and dependability of the data
Improving the scalability, productivity, and cost-effectiveness of data pipelines
Monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines and resolving issues related to data processing, transformation, or storage
Implementing and maintaining data security and privacy measures, including access controls and encryption, to protect sensitive data
Demonstrating advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
Building and maintaining Data Governance solutions (Data Quality, Metadata management, Lineage, Master Data Management and Data security) using industry leading tools
Demonstrating experience with Data analytics tools like Informatica, Collibra, Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake etc.
Demonstrating experience of ITIL processes like Incident management, Problem Management, Knowledge management, Release management, Data DevOps etc.

The salary range for this position is: $49,000 - $116,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
