Job Overview: This position is responsible for training and scheduling of Guest Services Associates and Guest Service Concierge. This position will provide oversight of the TriHealth First Impression and ensure appropriate staffing scheduling according to needs of the front lobbies and other key patient experience teams. This position is also responsible for tracking and analyzing data that is captured by the Service Institute to understand and trend interactions and services provided to patients, families, and other guests of TriHealth hospitals. This position supports the Manager of Patient Experience by identifying and implementing process improvement needs, updating important information provided at the front desks and on the different units of the hospital. They model the TriHealth SERVE standards, and provide input on coaching opportunities.
