About the role: As the IT Systems Engineer Manager you will lead our Infrastructure team in designing, implementing, and maintaining, secure, scalable, resilient solutions that align with our business needs and growth objectives. We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Engineer Manager with extensive experience in Infrastructure compute and services, datacenter management, storage, domain services, and DR.

What youll be doing:
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers/architects fostering a collaborative high performance team environment.
- Roadmap and Budgeting: Oversee and develop the teams strategic roadmap aligning the roadmap with IT infrastructure projects, company initiatives, and budgets.
- Communication: Collaborate with other IT and business leaders to align infrastructure initiatives with company objectives.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with hardware, software, and service vendors.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the server infrastructure and services.
- Infrastructure Performance: Ensure high availability and performance of all infrastructure compute and services.
- Disaster Recovery: Oversee the development of disaster recovery architecture and plans in relation to infrastructure compute and services.
- Datacenter Operations: Lead operation of datacenters to ensure optimal performance. Help to manage capacity planning and resource allocation to support business growth and continuity.
What you need:
- 5+ years experience managing an infrastructure team in a corporate environment.
- Experience with VMware and Dell Technologies.
- Bachelors degree in technology-related field, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent leadership skills, with an acute ability to communicate and influence at all levels, ranging from entry-level engineers to company executives.
- Passion to prioritize tasks and deliver cutting-edge solutions within deadlines with measurable results.
