We are seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. Our Inside Sales is a major strength of our company and provides critical support for our Outside Sales Engineers. This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Inside Sales Account Manager to have the opportunity to contribute to ELUS Company's employee-owned organization. By working together with the Outside Sales Engineers, this position will be to "Provide Best in Class Customer Service" for our "Suppliers" and "End User Customers" by facilitating and administering key support for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate business processes while maintaining professional and prompt communication with Sales Engineers to ensure timely completion of all tasks and meeting assigned deadlines.
- Take ownership of customer inquiries such as, but not limited to, issuing quotes, processing orders, tracking shipments, providing after sales service, and monitoring warranty/return requests.
- Basic understanding of accounting, mathematical comprehension, and data analysis.
- Problem solving, troubleshooting, handling complaints and answering questions.
- Develop strategies for time management, administrative tasks, reporting, multi-year projects/alliance agreements and all other assigned tasks.
- Collaborate across groups to ensure manufacturer and customer needs are communicated clearly and supported effectively.
- Strong customer focus with effective communication skills whether on the phone or via email.
- Possess a strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise.
- Initiative to Develop Relationships with Suppliers and Customers.
- Ability to anticipate customers' needs and match them with appropriate products/services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field and/or equivalent experience; required.
- At least 3 -- 5 years of professional working experience; required.
- Experience in manufacturing sales and/or experience within the utility industry; preferred.
- Demonstrates expertise in working with Microsoft Office 365 applications. (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); required.
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or RepBox.
- Excellent communicator with a positive attitude and energy.
- Customer Service Focused with a commitment to high standards.
- Comfort working under pressure/deadlines.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail and a strong problem-solving mindset.
