About the team The finance team is structured to support several critical operational functions, including Product Management, Technology Development, Technology Infrastructure, Corporate Applications, Information Security, Procurement, Facilities & Physical Security, and Business Enablement. About the Role: The Finance Manager - COO does the following activities: Consolidated Reporting to Senior Management: Create monthly reporting for actuals and forecast including working with business leaders to provide commentary and analysis on trends and variances Performance monitoring and reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of regular initiative updates to finance leadership and the executive team. Partner cross-functionally: Embed into initiative workstreams, attending and contributing to key stakeholder meetings. Create scalable and automated reports: Track KPIs and Financial Metrics to track the effectiveness of the organization. About you: 7+ years of experience in Corporate Finance supporting management reporting and running monthly, quarterly, and annual processes, ideally in a technology or fintech space. Ability to support multiple business leaders in developing business cases, creating KPI/OKR reporting, and executive-level presentations. A track record of working cross-functionally and being a thoughtful collaborator and great listener, keenly focused on understanding business challenges, building strong relationships, and driving impact.
