What you will be doing Lead and manage Workday initiatives. Architect solutions including configuration, security, testing and implementation of new features and functionalities, managing cross-functional impact. Work directly with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify gaps and risks, suggest alternatives, advise on best practices, facilitate discussions and drive requirements to sign-off. Develop and implement scalable, flexible solutions that are extensible to future business needs. Continuously research new capability areas within Workday, work with functional SMEs to vet against current business gaps and how the gaps can be remediated. Actively participate in both the creation & execution of the short- and long-term global Workday roadmap for Worldpay. What you bring: Experience configuring and supporting one or more of the following is required (certification, a plus): Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Prism, Reporting & Analytics, Workforce Planning, Security Understanding of the dependencies across Workday modules and integrations with other systems. Deep understanding of architectural concepts, issues, and trends in the HR solutions area covering hire-to-retire business capabilities. Strong consulting skills to effectively capture stakeholders' needs and be able to translate needs into system functionality. Comfort with leading multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing decisions and tasks effectively, and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience working in a global Workday team is preferred. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills, strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong process management and business orientation skills. Must be a team player and able to work effectively at all levels of Worldpay with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus. Must demonstrate intellectual curiosity. 5+ years Workday configuration and support experience. B.S. or equivalent work experience, is required.
