Staffmark is seeking a Cutter Operator for a local company in Blue Ash, OH, specializing in marketing materials. If you have experience operating bindery machines and are looking for a new challenge, this opportunity is for you! Salary: $33,280 - $52,000 year Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm In this role, you will set up and operate various binding machines, including folders, cutters, collators, and stitchers. Responsibilities include coordinating with colleagues for smooth production, monitoring quality, inspecting and adjusting equipment for safety and accuracy, and troubleshooting machine issues. You'll interpret work orders, manage machine adjustments, calculate clearances, and handle postage and permit information, all while adhering to HIPAA policies. Requirements: Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 10 pounds constantly Perform tasks including balancing, stooping, kneeling, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion Visual acuity to ensure accuracy and quality of work Work in noisy environments 2 years of experience with automatic bindery machines, power folders, and power cutters Company Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, company-paid disability, and 401k with company match.
