B&N Architect Intern Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction drawing development from initial concept design to completing construction documents under supervision
- Participate as an integral member of project team from start to finish
- Ability to complete tasks with little to minimal supervision including site surveying, due diligence, code compliance, design development, construction documentation, permitting and construction administration
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an Architectural related degree from NAAB accredited program
- Architect registration not required but must have a desire to become registered
- 0-5 years of related architectural design experience
- Proficiency with REVIT, Enscape, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and adaptable
- Detail orientated with attention to quality and design
